Instagram recently added not one, but two new streaming tools for live creators which includes getting live scheduling along with a ‘Practice Mode’.

These tools will help Creators, who often live stream to build buzz for their upcoming live content, by scheduling it up to 90 days in advance.

They will have ample time to share this information on Instagram as well as other platforms as well via this tool. Also, users can set a reminder for a particular date, so that they enjoy their favourite Instagram account’s live stream.

Instagram is also set to add a ‘Practice Mode’ live streaming tool, which is quite important for live creators. The benefit of this feature is it will enable creators to connect with their audience before the actual stream of their video and sort any issues if found like check if the audio is working or not, check the lighting levels, or take a glance over the content or topic they will be discussing in the live stream.

As per the latest updates by the platform, Instagram Practice Mode feature is set to arrive soon on the platform.

Scheduling a post is saves a lot of time for live creators, using the live scheduling feature, they will be able to easily schedule their live videos well in advance.

This feature will land Instagram on even ground with other social media platforms, such as YouTube and TikTok. Also, Facebook, the parent company of Instagram, has this feature inbuilt.

YouTube has gained popularity for live stream service since a long time, as it avails more facilities for live streamers. It allows its creators to schedule the release of a pre-recorded video using the ‘Premieres ‘feature, with access to Super Chat.

Last year TikTok also launched video scheduling feature. And now Instagram is all set to roll out this feature to its platform.

According to Instagram the live scheduling feature will be available for users across the globe. It would allow the creators to share the scheduled content with their followers via Stories and Feed posts. Adding to the update the company said that Practice Mode is set to launch soon. Normal user, would be able to enjoy both these features but it wouldn’t change their experience dramatically, but for live creators, it would be a boon.
